Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting standards.
- Perform statistical analysis and regression modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements to enhance data collection efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and maintain high productivity during those hours.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
