Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and finance, to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data cleaning and validation tasks.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within a weekend shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
