Responsibilities

- Support weekend business operations with real-time data analysis and ad-hoc requests
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless data continuity and accuracy
- Develop statistical models to forecast business performance and recommend optimizations
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts on weekend-specific analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours with minimal supervision
