Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met across all projects.
- Maintain and optimize existing legacy systems to improve uptime and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document technical processes and maintain clear communication logs for the day shift handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
