What You'll Do:
You will be the architect of stability and performance for our systems. Your day will involve rigorous testing, optimization, and ensuring 24/7 uptime for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for complex backend systems.
- Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and security of our production environments.
- Collaborate with the 24/7 DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring.
- Debug production issues in real-time and implement hotfixes during low-traffic windows.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for high-load environments.
- Document system architecture and operational procedures to ensure team continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (Java, Python, or Go preferred).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience working in an on-call or 24/7 operational environment is a major plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
