Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare weekly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with weekend operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline weekend workflows
- Present findings to non-technical team members using clear, concise language
- Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
