Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business performance
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, concise visualizations
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for weekend operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ records) in cloud environments
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a weekend shift schedule (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
