Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in weekend operations data.
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize operational performance.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience working in weekend or 24/7 operational environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and database management.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and visualization.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during high-volume weekend periods.
