Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Identify process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
