Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to management.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline data workflows and improve data quality.
- Strategic Support: Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
