Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will own the data pipeline, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and forecast future performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business health.
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and insights that influence strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports for executives and non-technical teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-backed solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
