Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to support business operations.
- Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including complex joins, stored procedures, and window functions).
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and statistical analysis software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
