Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex, interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for uncovering stories in data.
