Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to optimize reporting workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SQL database management and complex query optimization
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (10M+ records)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
