Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and clear reports for management to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the data pipeline to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Tools: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PST).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
