Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with night shift teams to provide real-time data support during operational hours
- Develop statistical models to forecast business metrics and KPIs
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control processes
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design principles
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering insights under tight deadlines
