Responsibilities
- Execute complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends and anomalies within the night shift dataset.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Create automated reporting scripts to streamline data delivery processes.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and transformation using SQL and Python.
- Present findings and insights to senior management in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
