Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical models.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and at least one visualization tool.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
