Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Present data-driven findings and clear recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify business opportunities and inefficiencies through deep-dive analysis of metrics.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
