Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and solve complex business problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to increase efficiency and save time.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
