Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure campaign effectiveness and product performance.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying and database management).
- Expert level in Excel and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
