Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize KPIs and track progress.
- Clean, validate, and transform data using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, making complex data accessible and understandable.
- Conduct statistical modeling and A/B testing to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and database management.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
