Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and develop data models.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
