Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights through clear presentations and written documentation.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor data pipelines and reporting systems to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions where possible.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data patterns and business logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
