Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity across the system.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to test hypotheses and predict future trends based on historical data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to define data requirements and present analytical findings.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Strong), Python or R (Preferred), and Excel.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports for non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Austin, TX.
