Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Design automated reporting systems to track operational efficiency and customer behavior
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns and product features

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
