Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Support A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Expert proficiency in Excel and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Immediate availability required (start within 1 week)
