Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to translate business requirements into data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Produce regular, insightful reports and executive summaries for leadership.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
