Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable reports and presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
