Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and PowerBI to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, and operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform SQL queries and data modeling to support ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role in a top tech company environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
