Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, business-friendly reports.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting data.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing current workflows and data bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
