Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and propose data-driven solutions to streamline business processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business language.
- Tools: Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
