Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to optimize data workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large datasets
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with healthcare datasets preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Tableau or Power BI certification (or equivalent portfolio)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
