Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to drive strategic decision-making.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve specific data subsets for analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
