Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and trend identification to solve complex business problems.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by leveraging data-driven insights.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Highly analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
