Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical analytical solutions.
- Generate clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
