Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Create compelling dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and KPI tracking frameworks
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality control procedures and documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business units across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
