Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover business insights and trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven presentations
- Implement data quality controls and ensure accuracy of analytics outputs
- Identify process improvements and optimize data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
