Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems to optimize data accessibility and quality
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for real-time business intelligence
- Identify trends and anomalies to inform strategic decision-making
- Present insights to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formula creation and pivot tables
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
