Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate potential security incidents and coordinate incident response
- Develop threat intelligence reports and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement security controls
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Document security procedures and maintain compliance frameworks
- Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in cybersecurity threat analysis or SOC operations
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat actor TTPs
- Proficiency in SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions
- Experience with incident response protocols (NIST SP 800-61)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, Security+, GIAC preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
