Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and execute breach mitigation
- Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption protocols
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Certification: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CEH required
