As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you'll monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in real-time. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust security measures and contribute to our mission of safeguarding digital assets for Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems (SIEM, IDS/IPS) and analyze alerts for potential threats
- Investigate security incidents, determine scope, and implement containment measures
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including playbooks and incident reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and best practices
- Conduct forensic analysis of security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Stay current with emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or SOC environments
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security tools
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security
- Experience with incident response procedures and threat intelligence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure in weekend shifts
