Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, etc.).
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing support to identify weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Implement and manage firewall policies, IDS/IPS rules, and network security controls.
- Perform forensic analysis on compromised systems to determine root cause and scope of breaches.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate with IT teams to patch vulnerabilities and secure endpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or PowerShell) for automation and threat hunting.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
