- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Investigate and document security incidents with detailed forensic reporting
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Develop and implement security controls to mitigate emerging threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security architecture improvements
- Stay current on threat intelligence and compliance requirements (NIST, ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network security tools (Wireshark, Nmap)
- Experience with incident response protocols (NIST SP 800-61)
