Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing cycles across multiple platforms
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports using JIRA
- Perform regression, smoke, and usability testing for new features
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs
- Document test procedures and maintain quality assurance documentation
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile development workflows and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing responsive web and iOS/Android applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
