Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents within the SIEM environment.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement robust security controls and firewalls.
- Perform log analysis and threat hunting to proactively detect malicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency with security tools including SIEM (Splunk/Sentinel), IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions.
