Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and maintain robust security policies and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Respond to security breaches and execute incident response plans to minimize downtime.
- Analyze network traffic logs and system behavior to detect and mitigate insider threats.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure secure deployment of applications and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and antivirus solutions.
- Strong understanding of malware analysis, threat intelligence, and social engineering tactics.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GCIH are highly preferred.
