Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time threat detection and incident response for enterprise networks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise systems
- Monitor SIEM platforms and generate actionable security intelligence reports
- Develop incident response playbooks and conduct security awareness training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on zero-trust architecture implementation
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in SOC, penetration testing, or threat analysis
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network security protocols
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and containerized environments
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in contract roles
- Valid U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one
