Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems to detect and respond to cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop and implement incident response plans for security breaches
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify anomalous activity
- Collaborate with IT teams to enforce security policies and best practices
- Prepare detailed security reports for stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with incident response frameworks (NIST CSF)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
