Key Responsibilities:
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will proactively monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our security posture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and analyze SIEM logs (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to uncover system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage firewall rules, IDS/IPS policies, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Respond to security breaches and coordinate incident response procedures.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Perform regular security audits and risk analysis to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with IT teams to secure network infrastructure and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or network security.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and anti-malware solutions.
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of an on-call rotation.
